CCEP’s expediential growth brings with it an exciting opportunity to join our Manufacturing team as a **Technical Writer** The Manufacturing Team is at the core of our Business, where our teams work together to produce our iconic range of beverages for our customers to enjoy.

The Technical Writer is a **newly created permanent role** where you will be able to contribute to the success of our **Richlands** production site through partnering with our Frontline teams to create standard operating procedures for equipment and systems involved in the end-to-end manufacturing process of our iconic products.

**The Role**:
The Technical Writer is a newly created permanent role that will report directly to our Manufacturing Improvement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for producing quality, accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and standard operating procedures for equipment, systems and processes involved in the end-to-end manufacturing process at our Richlands production site.

The Technical Writer will partner with our Manufacturing site leaders and the National Learning & Development teams to ensure that the information and documentation they create is accurate, easy to understand and follow, and at the required standard to enable the creation of quality training and assessment documentation.

There won’t be a dull moment in this role and there will be plenty of opportunity to progress your career within various business units.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Partner with manufacturing site teams and Learning & Development Consultants to establish documentation requirements and prioritisation
- Create simple documents that are clear and easy to read and interpret for our front-line operators.
- Facilitate standardisation across multiple sites which may involve working and collaborating with Technical Writers in other States.

**About You**:

- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
- Experience in working to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a FMCG or similar fast-moving business
- Strong time management skills
- Previous experience in process mapping or technical writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative, organise and prioritise work
- Ability to work in a team
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or similar qualification is desirable
