The Psychosocial Recovery Coach Coordinator plays a key role in managing the engagement of participants that engage Recovery Plus Support for Psychosocial Recovery Coaching as part of their NDIS Plan.

**OBJECTIVES**:

- Provide the first point of contact at the National Office for participants that engage Recovery Plus Support for their Recovery Coaching needs.
- Maintaining effective communication with all external stakeholders and external service providers.
- Maintain functional relationships with internal departments of Recovery Plus Support.
- Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with Recovery Plus Support’s participants and staff members.
- Develop a recovery enabling relationship with the participant to build the skills they need to understand, implement, and use their NDIS plan.
- Work with participants to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase their capacity to maintain relationships, manage everyday tasks, live more independently, and be included in their community.
- Monitoring Recovery Plus Support’s Case Management System to ensure quality and best practice.

**KEY RESPONSBILITIES**:

- To ensure that all participants of Recovery Plus Support are provided high quality, evidence-based recovery coaching.
- Initial assessment and triage of participants and matching with a Psychosocial Recovery Coach best suited to a participant’s needs and respecting their choice and control.
- Coordinate times for meet and greets to occur by liaising with both the participant and the Psychosocial Recovery Coach.
- Ensuring that all Psychosocial Recovery Coaches complete their notes, submit their timesheets correctly, and clock in and out of all shifts.
- Support all Recovery Coaching participants of Recovery Plus Support to identify and access new and existing supports and connections.
- Assist the Recovery Coaches to negotiate type of services to be provided and their prices.
- Assist the Recovery Coaches to support the participants to plan their recovery by arranging for any assessments required to determine the nature and type of support or funding required.
- Assist the Recovery Coach to determine the budget and category breakdown for each support.
- Liaise with the nominated plan manager to establish support, the appropriate claim categories, and attribute the correct amount of funds to each service.
- Be the key contact for service delivery issues, complaints, major changes, and plan reviews.
- Liaising with the HR team discuss recruitment requirements.
- Ad hoc duties will include but not limited to assisting the Finance Department, the Service Delivery Lead, and other administrative duties.

**OBLIGATIONS**:

- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of participants, their families/carers and the organisation
- Effective networking internally and externally to assist individuals achieve their desired personal outcomes.
- Ensuring our Recovery Coaches are supporting their allocated participants the correct number of hours.

**WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**:

- Develop strong relationships with participants and their families, carers and advocates, NDIA, other mainstream and disability service providers, members of the community, networking groups, funding bodies, government agencies, auditors, and practitioners
- Develop collaborative working relationships with Area Managers, Supported Living Managers, Individual Support Managers, Customer Service Officers, and external Support Coordinators.
- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues and members of the Service Delivery team.
- Work with Product Development, Marketing, Intake, Service Delivery, Human Resources and Finance employees sharing knowledge, skills, experience, and values as required
- Ability to adapt communication style to meet people’s needs
- Administrative tasks; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices
- Computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems and technology
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Developing relationships with external service providers, support coordinators, participants, and their families and carers.

**Salary**: $37.54 per hour
