- **Salary**: $70k - 100k

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centred approach, focusing on health and wellbeing.
- Managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare and WHS.
- Undertake Vocational assessments, initial needs assessments and worksite assessments.
- Deliver Vocational Counselling, facilitate interventions and well-being programs.
- Collaborate and liase with employers, medical and other allied health professionals.
- Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counselling or Psychology & registration with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA
- Extensive NSW Legislative WC knowledge
- Valid Australian Drivers’ License and own vehicle
- At least 2-5 years of proven work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
