**The Opportunity**:
Located in
**Archerfield**, we are seeking for a Internal Sales/Spare Parts role. The role will be based in the workshop shed, dealing with the workshop techs at the counter when they need spare parts. You will also be supporting the workshop and the field service team. Being a first point of contact for the department, you'll have am exceptional customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts.
- Use catalogues and technical manuals to locate parts.
- Provide technical advice.
- Source and order parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions.
- Collaborate with purchasing for stock replenishment and external sourcing.
- Offer troubleshooting support to customers.
- Accurately organise and plan work.
- Support the workshop and field service team.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift License.
- Previous Parts Interpreter/Earthmoving/Automotive experience preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive/industrial parts and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
