**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Hospitality Coordinator we are actively seeking experienced Hospitality Assistant to join our team on a casual basis with the flexibility to work at short notice. We have a variety of shifts on offer (including AM / PM shifts).

**About You**

**To be successful you must demonstrate the following**:

- Aged Care experience in Food Services, Housekeeping/Cleaning & Laundry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good Communication Skills
- Professional presentation
- Positive Attitude with a willingness to learn
- Assist in the preparation and serving/plating of meals to residents
- Dishwashing, clearing of dishes from the dining rooms/residents rooms
- Delivery of friendly and efficient food services to our residents
- Monitoring of food quality, quantity and reporting of any issues
- Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate
- Sound food preparation experience
- Knowledge of kitchen and cleaning processes, standards, systems and equipment
- Current Flu Vaccination
- COVID + Booster vaccination
