**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and motivate a team of bond cleaners.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards.
- Coordinate job schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Provide hands-on training and support to new team members.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in cleaning and team supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.21 - $34.96 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
