**The Opportunity**
This role will support ALH to deliver and execute compelling and personalised CRM initiatives. You will play an essential role in ALH customer lifecycle journey, responsible for developing and optimising the holistic customer contact strategy for ALH. You will lead and facilitate campaign & data planning and execution to drive traffic, optimise conversion and achieve financial and customer targets.

**It will also involve**:

- Design, prepare and execute a comprehensive CRM plan that drives customer engagement and loyalty, while also increasing commercial metrics.
- Manage resources and collaborate with internal and external teams, including product and business support teams, to ensure customer needs are being met
- Ongoing management of BAU campaigns, programs, content, messaging, etc
- Champion use of our personalisation engine and use the insights produced to drive enhancements to the action catalogue
- Have a ‘data first’ approach. Analyse data to identify opportunities and trends that can be used to optimise customer journey and drive growth
- Formulate action plans to improve performances through Omni channels with embedded test and learn activities
- Manage and ensure compliance with marcom industry best practices, Spam and online privacy policies
- Identify requirements for enhanced business process or system enhancements to enable more efficient ways of working

**Who we’re looking for**:
To be a successful CRM & Lifecycle Specialist, in addition to proven experience in digital marketing, you will also be a team player who is a natural problem solver that enjoys using data to tell a story; with the ability to adapt your style to varying needs.

As a strong communicator you will build positive relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders. You have the ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines and have strong commercial acumen.

**You’ll also have**:

- Demonstrated promotional and campaign execution skills, including the ability to conceptualise and implement successful CRM campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analysing data and identifying actionable insights
- Experience working with large-scale customer databases and/or complex data.
- Commercial mindset with a hands-on results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross
- functional teams and manage stakeholders
- Experience working with innovative retail marketing teams with a strong focus on bringing the brand to life through creative execution
- Can-do attitude, with a track record of multitasking to deliver high quality outcomes in a timely manner
- Experience with basic HTML and Oracle Responsys knowledge is desired
