Courtyard by Marriott, Murdoch is set to open in February 2024, with the Maintenance Supervisor role planned to commence Mid-January 2024*

Position Summary:

- Supervise the engineering maintenance team and support them with operational tasks
- Responsible to complete maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas
- Respond to guest requests and deliver service excellence with each experience so your passion help guests follow theirs
- Actively identify and conduct repairs to the building and equipment
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients to enable future bookings
- Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives
- Be a strong supervisor by providing motivation and support to the associates
- Plan and execute agendas for team building activities to create a welcoming and inviting environment

About You:

- Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
- Working rights in Australia

- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
