With growth in the Plunge Pool Direct business, we are looking for an autonomously motivated and organised experienced sales coordinator and customer care member to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Account and Distribution Network Manager at Australia's leading plunge pool manufacturer company. Based at our headquarters in Chirnside Park, you will be responsible for achieving new account targets, managing the distribution network, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and B2B clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the achievement of new account targets by actively prospecting and acquiring new B2B clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributor clients to ensure dealer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage the distribution network, coordinating deliveries, and supporting distributors in achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to effectively communicate B2B client needs and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage with both internal teams and B2B clients, addressing enquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Take initiative and display a self-starter attitude to identify opportunities for growth, implement strategies, and proactively contribute to the company's success.
- Maintain a well-organized approach to account management, including accurate record-keeping, regular reporting, and effective time management.
- Utilise your own vehicle and possess a full driver's license to travel as needed for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
- Leverage your experience in account and distribution network management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, optimize performance, and drive business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Australian residency or valid work visa.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts in a B2B environment.
- Excellent internal and B2B communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Reliable and self-motivated, demonstrating a proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
- Experience in account and distribution network management is essential.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
