**About the role**:
We are looking for a full time professional Administration Receptionist (5 days a week 8am - 5pm) to join our small team who is dedicated to providing excellence. You will be working independently in an industrial office setting carrying out various duties including but not limited to:
- Managing high volumes of incoming phone calls
- Scheduling of jobs
- Organising and maintaining filling systems
- Processing client payments
- Data Entry
- Typing client reports and letters
- General administrative duties
**Applicant must have**:
- Ability to work in an extremely busy, fast pace environment
- Enjoys a challenge and being busy
- Can problem solve
- Able to multi task
- Great time management and organisation skills
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional English communication skills and confidence as speaking frequently on the phone
- Reliable, honest, punctual and a vibrant, can do personality
