Gardener Offsider

We provide excellence in garden maintenance for all clients and we do landscape management, and provision of general horticultural services. We connect people with their Landscape & gardens by improving our clients’ properties, exceeding their expectations, and making our clients happy.

**Essential Skills Required**
- 1-2 years Mowing Experience - small zero turn 42 inch
- Experience in Gardening
- Experience in Whipper Snipping and Mowing
- Experience in Herbicide Application advantageous but not essential
- Operate garden maintenance equipment in accordance with OH&S procedures
- Ability to maintain machinery and equipment
- Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Team Player
- Drivers licence
- QLD White Card an advantage, but not essential
- ACDC Ticket is an Advantage - but not essential
- Chainsaw work experience is an advantage - but not essential.
- Operate a Vermeer wood chipper

- Ability to work confidently / competently unsupervised
- Time management skills
- Physically fit and agile for the role
- Eye for detail and an attitude of getting the job right the first time
- A good listener and communicator
- Use own initiative and be self-motivated
- Proven experience in Mowing, Gardening and Whipper Snipping
- Operate well under pressure
