The Digital Product Manager - Retail Partnerships, is responsible for the end to end product experience across Qantas Loyalty retail partnerships (examples of current Qantas Loyalty retail partnerships include Everyday Rewards, BP Rewards, Hoyts & Optus).
The role is focussed on helping our members earn and use Qantas points at their favourite retailers while looking to help our partners reward their customers and meet their broader objectives.
To bring a partnership to life you will work closely with our partners as well as a cross functional Qantas team of designers, engineers, commercial managers, and marketing managers.
Over the next 12 months you will:
- Build and launch new partnerships- Standardise the loyalty experience across our partnerships both online and in store- Optimise our existing products and partnerships
You’ll have
- 2+ years experience as a Product Manager or similar leadership role- Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries- A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love- B2B/B2C experience, and experience in the retail partnership domain would be advantageous- Working knowledge of agile development methodologies- Experience launching multiple digital products- An ability to think strategically and creatively- Superior interpersonal and communication skills- The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-demanding and service-oriented environment- The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition- The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level- Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
