As the Alpha-H **Retail Brand Experience Representative** role is an exciting opportunity to represent Alpha-H to consumers via our retailer partners Sephora and Myer. You will be responsible for driving success and engagement in-store by relating to customers, managing visual merchandising including placing tester orders, ensuring promotional and education activations are properly implemented, and that staff members are up to date on all brand developments.

You will work with retail customers to understand their skin goals and recommend Alpha-H routines. You will also enjoy building relationships with retail staff and providing product and brand education and updates as required.

**About You**
- No previous skincare experience is required, training will be provided. A base level of interest and understanding in skincare is essential and a thirst for sales and education is a must.
- University qualification in product management/project/marketing/communications or another discipline with transferable skills
- You have an understanding/experience of product management, and the retail industry will be highly regarded.
- You have a passion for skincare, innovation, and building brands.
- You are a well-presented, confident people person with a love of skincare and beauty.

- Customer-obsessed and insight-based decision-maker and natural problem solver
- You have an understanding/experience of product management, and the retail industry will be highly regarded.
- Ability to build, foster and nurture business relationships.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
