**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Receptionist, you are responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for all visitors into the corporate office
- Managing the phone lines and transferring calls to relevant employees
- Booking meeting and arranging meeting rooms
- Ordering of office supplies
- Ad hoc administrative tasks to assist the Office Manager
**ABOUT YOU**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a corporate reception environment
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience using Microsoft products
