**What Support is being provided**:

- A male in his 50s who has sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:

- 9am to 3pm Wednesdays, Fridays and alternate Saturday
- 3pm to 9pm alternate Saturday

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
