**About the role**

As a digital marketing specialist, you will develop and execute digital strategy for Cancer Council Queensland. You’ll be responsible for planning, building, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

You will use organic search campaigns, paid advertising, social media, and other channels to increase awareness about CCQ, our brand, products, and services.

This role is Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week).

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will be a pro-active skilled, digital marketer. You will have a specialised knowledge of paid social campaigns and optimisation, an up to date knowledge of CRO and digital marketing trends. You will be able to work independently and collaborate with a creative marketing team.

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**

**Essential Skills**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including tag management, Google Ads and GA4.
- Strong understanding of social media campaigns, ad-sets, ads and how to optimise ad campaigns.
- Experience in project managing website builds.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of UX design principles and conversion rate optimisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML.
- Experience in optimising landing pages and A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and Measurement.
- Agency experience will be highly regarded.
