As our next Library Assistant, you will support a diverse range of customers to access our in branch services, digital resources, collections, community programs and events.

**You**

As our next Library Superstar you are community-focused and will possess experience in a customer service or library environment. You will value providing a range of welcoming and creative customer experiences being part of a team, providing attentive customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills. You are the type of person who enjoys engaging with a diverse range of customers and requests and have the ability to embrace and implement change in alignment with the strategic direction of MCC Library.

**Benefits**
This is a temporary full-time role up until March 2024, working 35 hours per week with a base salary of $56,665 up to $62,899 per year + 10.5% p.a. super, based on demonstrated skills and experience.

Council also offers a range of other benefits for its employees including supporting the balance between work and life, access to our Healthy Employee Program (HEP): including reduced gym memberships and $125 per calendar year rebate for health and wellbeing activities, training and development and more.
