**What You’ll Do**
- You’ll be the boss of a team of 4 labourers and drivers, making sure our gas main insertion project runs smoothly day in, day out.
- You’ll report to the supervisor.

**What You’ll Need**

Here’s what we’re looking for:

- At least 4 years of experience leading a team on a gas main laying project.
- You’ve done a CPR course, First aid course, Fire training, and have a White card.
- You’re a natural leader.
- You’re good at talking to all sorts of people - stakeholders, suppliers, the yard manager, and your crew.
- You’re a people person with great customer service skills.

**Where You’ll Work**

You’ll be based in the suburbs of South East Melbourne.

This is a full-time gig that’s here to stay.
