We are seeking a Grade 1 Social Worker for who is keen to work with dynamic teams that promote best practice and great patient outcomes in all clinical areas.- You will be working as part of multidisciplinary teams in Geriatric Evaluation Management and Rehabilitation teams. You will experience a supportive environment that ensures structured supervision, professional development opportunities and engagement in research and quality activities.- With a ‘can do’ attitude, flexibility, resilience, and excellent interpersonal skills, you will be a valued member of the Eastern Health Social Work team.**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess:(examples below)- Holds a degree qualification in Social Work that has been approved by the Australian Association of
- Social Workers (AASW) for membership as a practicing Social Worker.
- Maintains compliance with the AASW Continuing Professional Development Policy in order to meet
- the Eastern Health Allied Health credentialing standard.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced health environment
- Basic knowledge of the relevant legislation and frameworks Previous experience in health care desirable- Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.**What we offer**
