**About the role**
As the Workshop Supervisor, you will manage and lead the team whilst carrying out scheduled servicing and completing general maintenance and repairs to faults on our fleet of heavy vehicles and trailers.

You will have solid practical work and leadership experience, preferably in the transport industry. The successful applicant will have excellent problem solving, diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Flexible working hours are also required, as some travel is involved.

**Duties**
- Deal with the fleet and equipment - preventative maintenance
- Booking services and repairs
- Plan and manage, oversee the day to day workshop operation
- Coach and mentor the mechanics
- Overseeing the smooth running of the service department
- Quality control and ordering parts and completing stock take.
- Plan the day for the technician and manage the day
- Manage and drive technicians KPIS

**Skills and experience**
- MUST have Experience in Truck / Commercial Asset Finance
- Finance & Insurance Accreditation
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Proven sales abilities
- Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- The confidence to build and foster strong relationships
- Appearance is neat, presentable and in line with dealership/manufacturer standards.
