**About the team**

The Regional Contracts and Design team support our project throughout the project lifecycle to ensure rail infrastructure projects are successfully delivered throughout regional Queensland. Our role is to manage the integrated design phase and construction contracts for the project managers.

**About the role**

This is a newly created role that you can make your own. You will initially play a pivotal role in ensuring our contractors comply with Queensland Rail’s safety requirements, developing systems and introducing tools to help us streamline this process. Over time, it will evolve into a critical coordination role supporting the Design and Contract Managers. This role will also require you to conduct site visits with our project team to observe and identify potential compliance issues.
