**Toowoomba Grammar School understands boys. We help develop young men of good character, who respond well to challenges and achieve life-long wellbeing.**

TGS is looking for dynamic and passionate Boarding Supervisors to assist in the School’s boarding houses. **C**asual weekend opportunities** available with a variety of rosters.

The School employes a large team of Boarding Staff who provide supervision to our boarding students and take an interest in the welfare and activities of the students. They work to ensure our boarders have that 'home away from home' feeling.

Boarding House shifts are usually 5 hours between the hours of 7.00am - 10.30pm Saturday or Sunday.

No training is required as you will be supported by teams of experienced Boarding Staff.

**About you**:
You will be highly regarded for your ability to demonstrate authenticity, understand and work co-operatively with adolescent boys, have a passion for working with, and supporting the wellbeing and safety of young people as a mentor and a support person in a supervisory capacity.
