**What you will do**

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for owning and maintaining the relationship of the assigned Inside Sales Pharmacy customers. You will build and maintain strong, strategic customer relationships to accelerate both current and future growth opportunities by creating and delivering a call plan that maximises sales through seasonal buys, sales volume and growth initiatives, NPD drives, and distribution targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an approved monthly customer call plan to deliver on set monthly sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Pharmacy Assistants and key decision makers within the Inside Sales customers base over the phone
- Identifying customer needs and offering solutions to maximise sales opportunities for both the Pharmacy stores and Kenvue
- Completing a minimum of 20 outbound calls per day
- Using facts, data, and insights as part of the persuasion cycle to negotiate with customers and to identify over and above opportunities that increase product purchase and/or services
- Execute and amplify the national account promotional strategy to achieve sales targets and key objectives in line with Cycle expectations including NPD drives, seasonal buys and distribution targets
- Updating CRM after each call, and ensuring customer profiling info is accurate, to aid effective planning
- Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and needs
- Staying up-to-date on product and industry knowledge to become the trusted advisor to stores
- Collaborating with and supporting other team members to achieve sales goals

Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Inside Sales/Telesales position or similar role, within FMCG preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence others
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, knowledge of Perenso or similar favourable
- Demonstrated success in delivering sales results and achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proactive, innovative, and independent worker with initiative and commitment to drive business results
