- 257700Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Delivery Manager.

This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 12 months from commencement, located in Canberra or Melbourne. The client follows a Hybrid working model.
- Own and drive the digital business pipeline of work, collaborating with Product Owners.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, provide discovery and scoping, and prioritize work.
- Review current ways of working and workload planning, suggesting continuous improvement practices.
- Effectively communicate delivery status updates and manage regular planning and prioritization rituals.
- Ensure projects are well-resourced, report progress, risks, issues, and solutions.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, lead retrospectives, and support decision-making.
- Cultivate a strong team identity, support recruitment and training, and identify areas of improvement.
- Demonstrate strong delivery management capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a desire to innovate.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 5+ years' experience in roles such as delivery management, scrum master, agile coaching, or equivalent.

Desirable qualifications include:

- Agile certifications
- Relevant industry certification
