The core function of the Corporate IT Solutions & Services department is to support the entire IT infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. This includes IT Business Partnering, end user services, consulting, vendor management, IT infrastructure projects and support of local network.

Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate IT Student to join our BOSCH Digital team on a part-time basis for 12 months commencing May 2024.

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our Bosch Digital team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:

- Working closely with Bosch associates so that they are able to leverage IT Self Service knowledge base articles, interactive support from central SO teams or local expertise from IT Personal Support team.
- Promote new digital ways of working.
- Arranging and running of events, demonstrating how new technology features can be used by the business.

**Qualifications**
About You

You will have excellent attention to detail, have the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines, work well with teams and have excellent organisational and communication skills.

To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following “essential criteria”:
**Essential**
- Be currently enrolled in and completing units towards an undergraduate degree relating to Information Technology or Computing.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Possess excellent Excel and data analytic skills, including the use advanced features such as pivot tables.
- Have had exposure to Lowcode/Nocode environment like Microsoft Power Platform.
- Possess Video editing skills.

**Desirable**
- Have had exposure to Power BI
- Knowledgeable in Cloud Platforms (e.g Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Have had exposure to Programming Language (eg. Java, SQL, HTML & CSS, PHP)
- Have an Interest in Artificial Intelligence and new technologies.
