Our Client is a steadily growing 'full package' structures contractor. They will undertake the in-ground, concrete, reo & formwork packages of a project. They have been in operation for almost 10 years working in the 2nd/3rd tier sector working with a raft of well-known builders delivering projects in the institutional, apartment, education and commercial sectors.
They have had several recent successes at the tender table so now require an additional foreman to manage projects in the $1M - $8M range. The role will cover on-site supervision of between 10 - 30 staff, managing quality, driving program and liaising with the main contractor.
To be considered you MUST come from a formwork background with previous structures experience. You must have held a leading hand or foreman's role previously either main contractor or sub-contractor side. Equally important to previous experience is the right attitude. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual with a can-do attitude who wants to grow with the business.
