**The Role**:
Reporting to the Depot Manager Northmead, the Rail Replacement Manager will be responsible for the start-to-end functions of all Metro Rail Replacement for CDC NSW. The role requires an agile, fast thinking and experienced Rail Replacement Manager to champion CDC NSW Rail Replacement Bus Operations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Manage the start-to-end functions of all Rail Replacement Programs operated in the Sydney Metro area contracted to CDC NSW.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of Rail Replacement Bussing Operations, both internally and externally.
- Ensure Contractual KPI's with Transport for NSW are met.
- Be a champion of change and continuous improvement as Rail Replacement heads into an 'Opalised' service requirement
- Monthly KPI reporting with Sydney Trains/Transport for NSW.
- Ensure information for each Rail Replacement Program is provided to Finance for invoicing
- Liaise with operational staff in both the Metro & Outer Metro regions to assist in the delivery of rail replacement shifts.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position you will need the below:

- Previous experience in Rail Replacement Bus Operations is highly desirable
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Efficient in Microsoft Applications (SharePoint, Excel, Words, etc) and Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
