For a dynamic and passionate woman to support the growth of women in Trades. For this brand new role, we are looking for women with experience working in a trade to join our team as **Women in Trades Career Consultants**. This role will aim to attract females to participate in career consultations to consider a career in trades.

**About the role**:
The Women in Trades Career Consultant is responsible for being the face of our Women in Trades Career Service, where you will play a crucial role in promoting Mas National's programs and services. In this new role to support growth of women in trades, you will make a tangible impact on women's careers by promoting opportunities in the trades industry.

Working alongside the Women in Trade Lead, you will look to inspire more women to consider in trades.

**About you**:
We are seeking women who have previously worked in a trade with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ideally, you would have the following background:

- Background in a trade, with a knowledge of the trade sector
- Project management
- Event coordination
- Business development
- Career coaching
- Strategic networking and collaboration skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and a customer-focused orientation
- Critical judgment plus adaptability and flexibility
- Current Australian Drivers' Licence.
