Driving Insructors Required - Full or Part-time

We are constantly looking for skilled instructors to join the team at LSDS and deliver our high quality lessons to a loyal and expanding client base in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs as well as other regions of Sydney.

We offer Sydneys highest Instructor hourly contract rates and lowest industry infrastructure/marketing fees. LSDS fees start at 25% but can be as low as 15% after rebates and bonus credits are deducted.

In addition, business partnership opportuntity or equity share will be offered to outstanding performers who contribute to the success of our brand.

If you are a qualified Driving Instructor ( Auto or Manual) newly graduated or experienced, we encourage you to join us and take advantage of this opportunity to accelerate your Driver Training career. Starting Contract Rate Minimum NET $60 Hour.

Management fees are capped at $500 week.

We offer 24/7 Online Bookings/Client Management System and Daily Dashboard link to Smart Phone or Tablet. We do all the marketing, administration, invoicing, accounting, and settle weekly. This allows you more time to concentrate on teaching, earning more and building a loyal repeat customer base.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Own late model vehicle fitted with dual controls (up to 5 years old)
- Full or Part-Time Instructors ( minimum 10 hours)
- Comprehensive car insurance including cover for Learner Drivers.
- Current RMS Instructors Licence -Auto or Manual
- Certificate 4, Transport & Logistics
- Driving Instruction
- ABN - GST registered (optional)
- Good communication skills
- Spoken English with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated and Results Driven Hard Worker
- Team Player prepared to support fellow team members towards common goals
- Strong desire to exceed minimum KPIs and excel
- Enjoy working with people of all age groups and nationalities
- Ability to instill confidence and build client relationships
- Focused on customer care & high quality lesson delivery
- Patient, tactful and flexible
- Passionate about teaching driving & helping community to create smarter and safer drivers
- Prepared to work flexible hours to meet customer needs
- Responsible and Reliable with primary goal to uphold reputation and goodwill of LSDS
- Accept and work in accordance with conditions listed in Sub-contractor agreement with LSDS
- Work with Children Clearance
- Member of Professional Association such as ADTA or NSWDTA
