Social Media Marketing Account Manager

We are a full-service digital marketing agency specialising in social media marketing. We are looking for a highly-qualified senior social media marketing manager to join our energetic team.

We are located in Elwood, VIC and offer a hybrid working situation where employees can work from home and the office throughout the workweek. We all absolutely love what we do and have created a passionate team and a fun, creative working environment.

As part of your role, you will be managing other account managers, graphic designers + photographers and acting as the point of contact for many of our wonderful clients.

Your tasks will include:

- Acting as an account manager for clients
- Managing the social media channels for clients
- Organising content creation photo and video shoots
- Assisting other account managers with social media strategies
- Assisting with general marketing for the Born Social business including website, quoting, social media accounts and ideas
- Reporting to the directors
- Offering assistance in sales and answering customer enquiries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $61,068.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
