**The Opportunity**

We're on the lookout for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our varied HR team, someone who exudes passion and commitment. Reporting to the Senior HRBP, this position will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational HR Service Delivery across stakeholders, including Senior Management, Operations, Support services and a sizeable “blue-collared” workforce.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Contribute to HR data requirements such as salary benchmarking, turnover statistics, compliance reporting
- Provide the Centurion Leadership team with coaching and mentoring that fosters a positive, high-performing and safe culture
- Provide administrative support on HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, contract variations and other employee changes
- Drive continuous improvement of the HR function through effective influencing and collaborative working relations
- Support line management on HR tools and processes, including performance appraisals, performance management, career planning and succession planning
- Execute HR strategies and operational service delivery across the full suite of HR functions
- End to end management of workplace investigations and grievance resolution

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Demonstrated experience in HRIS systems
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the Fair Work Act and its interactions with Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trusted working relations
