**ELECTRICAL TRAINER**

Due to continued growth, The Australian Trade Training College is seeking engaging and motivating Electrical Trainers to continue the great work in developing our future leaders in trades. As the demand for Industry Apprentices continues to grow, opportunities within the Australian Trade Training College are abound.

If you enjoy a diverse role delivering practical and theoretical training predominantly in the workplace, this could be the role for you Join a collaborative team of trainers who will provide a great support network whilst working independently to inspire and grow our Apprentices, working across the Gold Coast and South Brisbane Region.

**Key accountabilities/Responsibilities**
- Training and assessing the Certificate III in Electrotechnology, post trade competencies and skill sets in the classroom and workplace
- Developing effective working relationships with Apprentices and Employers whilst mentoring and training in the workplace
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
- Monitor Apprentice Training plans, Employer Resource Assessments (ERA’s) and ensure timely progression of our Apprentices through their program
- Independently plan worksite visits and campus training with Apprentices
- Maintain a high level of compliance

**What you will bring**
- RTO training experience and Trade qualification/s in a relevant industry
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Ability to engage, inspire and support Apprentices throughout their learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Intermediate level of computer skills
