Specializes in all types of Electrical Installations. Commercial and Residential Solar installations and servicing, Air Conditioning, Data, TV and communication cabling throughout Victoria.
**The Opportunity**:
Frontline are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer based in Pakenham.
**What’s on offer?**

**Your daily duties will consist of**:
**Administration**
- Assisting with Data entry
- Answering and directing of all incoming calls
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Assist with the management of all aspects of the accounting function
- Creating service booking and claiming from the portal
- Attention to details
**Good in Finance and Bookkeeping Tasks**:
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- General ledger reconciliation
- Intercompany transfers and reconciliation
**Good customer Service**
- Excellent communication skills
- Presenting face to face and over the phone tasks
- Understanding the policies and procedures
**To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following**:
- Qualification and relevant skills
- Diploma in Business administration, finance, bookkeeping or relevant qualification
- Experience in an administration role
- Advance skills and knowledge of MS word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in using Xero app
- Have passion for safety and strong data entry
- Available to start Immediately

**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Office Administration: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
