As a Project Officer, you will provide high level support of the logistics and supply chain for the Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) programs within the Surveillance and Evalution Research Program.. Working closely with the program team, you will play a key role in delivering a responsive and efficient service to the POCT clinics in remote and regional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia.

The role of Project Officer (Logistics and Operations) reports to the Senior Project Officer (Logistics and Operations) and has no direct reports.

**Who You Are**:

- Relevant experience or qualifications in logistics, operations or supply chain management. Experience in the health sector would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining systems to track stock, ordering, payments and records.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to understand, track and communicate complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also take initiative and work independently to manage competing demands.
- Highly developed time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to rapidly respond to changing priorities and deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
