**About the role**:
Our client, a design and manufacturing company based in the Northern Suburbs are seeking an experienced After Sales Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for offering exceptional customer service to a wide range of commercial and residential clients. In this role you will be required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders across the business with a focus on ensuring efficient and cost effective operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Over the phone, postsale support
- Provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about after sales, products, warranties etc.
- Customer service
- Maintaining data integrity
- Administration duties

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Highly skilled in exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Patience and empathy
- Confident in MS Office Suite
