Yard Worker

Job description: An NDIS Yard Worker is responsible for ensuring that the homes and workplaces of individuals who receive services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) are kept clean and safe. The yard worker will work closely with the client to understand their specific yard maintenance requirements and will ensure that all areas are maintained and kept satisfactory.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Being to work on time is essential
- Mowing & maintaining lawns,
- Display Motivation, self direction and willingness to learn
- Maintenance of paths & landscapes
- Hedging, edging, blowing

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow yard schedules and checklists accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to use yard maintanence equipment and products safely.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $23.16 - $30.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rockhampton, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
