**About the Role**

This role will see you working closely with an efficient professional team, carrying out the following responsibilities:

- Cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment for Clinical departments
- Work closely with Operating Theatre staff to provide timely sterile products, trays and equipment

This is a critical part of the surgical process, therefore your ability to work efficiently within your team to manage pressing deadlines is crucial.

**Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Certificate III in Sterilisation
- Experience in a sterilisation / CSSD role will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Flexibility to handle a rotating roster with weekend, night and on-call shifts is key

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate ranging from **$28.00 - $31.86** + superannuation dependent on experience and qualifications.

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:
