**About this position**:
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence in a high security government building. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all the staff and visitors, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
- Front of house reception and provision of customer service
- Manage the screening process for hearings
- Provide security during hearing sessions
- Conduct patrols in and around the facility
- Ability to liaise with high profile clientele & people on all levels

**Skills and experience**:

- Current WA **S**ecurity license and Certificate II **in Security Operations
- Baseline and NV1 Security Clearance
- Excellent Concierge experience required
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication, professional presentation and problem solving skills
- Good computer skills
- Personal alertness and the ability to remain diligent on task
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia

Baseline and NV1 security clearances are essential but assistance with these will be provided.
