Manage and accountable for the timely completion of Banknotes trades across the Dealing Desk in accordance with customer service levels.
- Responsible for network rate setting.
- Ensuring appropriate vault inventory for all currencies is held to service the Travelex ANZ customer base, via sourcing and repatriation of banknotes
- Onboarding of new wholesale customers
- Reaccreditation of existing wholesale customers.
- Responsible for the timely completion and lodgement of all Regulatory / Compliance reporting relating Wholesale banknote dealing.
- Support other Travelex entities with Banknote initiatives / opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Banknote market participants and unique vendor relationships (depot facility)
- Build strong relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders
- Continual evaluation of wholesale pricing based on market conditions and customer requirements
- Working in conjunction with Treasury and FX Risk in accordance with agreed policy and procedures.
