Our Ballarat Lending division are currently seeking an experienced administration person with a high customer focus and with lending or banking experience preferred but not essential.

- Responsibilities**Typical Duties will Include**:

- Answering phones.
- Data entry.
- Strive for first time lodgement to approval success.
- Preparing Loan and Mortgage Documents.
- Management of Clients via lending systems.
- Scanning and saving client files to a database after settlement and shredding documents that are no longer required on file.
- Creation and maintenance of an efficient office environment.
- Assist in developing systems within our organization that will create efficiencies and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction leading to repeat and referral business.
- Manage and assign tasks to be completed by other parties.
- Provide training and development for other parties.
- Ensure quality of work completed by other parties.

**Experience**:

- An interest in Financial Services industries.
- An Interest in Office Administration.
- Customer Service via phone and/or face to face.
