We are looking for a passionate Reference File Analyst to join our Production team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for maintaining the Australian and New Zealand product masters of pharmaceutical and consumer items, improving related processes, and

resolving internal or client queries.

**Key responsibilities**
- Researching and validating information from third parties that will augment the completeness or accuracy of IQVIA reference data
- Liaise with internal teams to identify business needs for the product master and proactively work to enhance the product attributes
- Producing files and outputs for specified production and quality control processes
- Responding to internal and external queries on the product reference data and providing support to the Client Service team
- Acting as a SME to support an offshore production hub, advising on the scheduling of day to day activities to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet requirements and to serve as an escalation point for resolving exceptions and complex queries
- Supporting the business/department in development and implementation of new systems and offerings and performing ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes with the objective of providing continuous improvements

**Key requirements**
- Two (2) years industry experience in a market research department Req
- Strong PC literacy skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
- General knowledge of company products and pharmaceutical industry or field specific to a major function.
- An understanding of legislation and commercialisation of medicines in Australia
- Understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain and distribution channels in Australia
- Knowledge of the New Zealand pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Direct exposure to pharmaceutical products - obtained by either working as a Pharmacist, Nurse or in community pharmacy
