We are a leading manufacturing company dedicated to excellence, innovation, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in our team.

**The Opportunity**
Reporting directly to the head of Human Resources as part of our Asia Pacific team located in Belmont, you will be responsible for all employees in our local area and employees located in the northeast.

A closer look at this role will see you:

- Resolve HR inquiries, concerns & general matters
- Provide employee relations advice, ensuring legal compliance
- Prepare HR docs, maintain accurate records for smooth operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment; support labour hire management
- Drive onboarding, performance management & development projects

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- RTW WA Certificate with working knowledge of compensation system
- Previous experience in manufacturing environments
