**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Centre Coordinator to join our warm and supportive team This role offers a great balance, with time both on the floor with children and off the floor for administrative tasks, giving you the opportunity to engage with children and manage essential center operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (completed or in progress)
- Experience with preschool-aged children (ideal but not essential)
- Current Working with Children’s Check

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build warm, genuine connections with children and families
- Document and monitor children’s learning, ensuring records are accurate and programs are effective
- Work independently and as part of a team, inspiring and mentoring peers by role modeling best practices
- Take initiative to create stimulating and inviting learning environments
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including administrative tasks
