Junior Technician

Plustel is a company based in Sydney that provides Security, Data, Electrical, Communications, Video Conferencing, Audio Visual & I.T services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Junior Technician to join the Plustel team. In this role, you will assist with technical tasks, provide support to senior technicians, and help maintain, service and install equipment and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a technical field.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance and repair of Security Systems, Phone Systems, Video Conferencing Systems and Audio Visual Systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues under the guidance of senior staff
- Security & Data Cabling
- IP and Basic Networking
- Provide excellent customer service skills with our clients

**Qualifications & experience**
- A basic understanding of technical concepts and tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Opportunities for travel
