Oak Leaf Education Institute is a leading vocational education and training provider specializing in providing a broad range of quality educational programs and courses.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ELICOS Teacher to join our dedicated team. As an ELICOS Teacher, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality English language programs to international students.

**Responsibilities**:
Management and coordination of the college’s English courses, students, and teaching staff.

Provide timely reports to the CEO and other stakeholders, indicating progress and risk issues relating to the course and/or students.

Participation in moderation and validation processes.

Student testing, placement, and counseling.

Professional development.

Part-time teaching.

Monitor and document students' attendance and course progress.

**Requirements**:
Hold a degree, suitable postgraduate TESOL qualification/s, and appropriate educational management and TESOL teaching experience or equivalent.

High-level written and oral communication skills.

Minimum 5 years ELICOS teaching experience

Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage own workload, meet deadlines (KPIs), and adapt to changing circumstances in accordance with organisation's policies and processes.

Demonstrated ability to work remotely, without direct supervision.

Able to demonstrate teaching skills that employ a range of teaching techniques and resources that engage and motivate students.

Experience in teacher coordination/management.

An ability to build supportive relationships with students.

Moderate computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $45.00 per hour
