**Job Description**:
The Health Safety & Wellbeing team manages safety and supports the health and wellbeing of our people, creating a healthy environment in which employees can perform, are resilient in time of change, are engaged and productive and continue to develop programs and initiatives to enhance the lives of our people.

The role of the Health and Safety Business Partner is to provide specialist expertise and insight on core WH&S systems and processes. The role will develop solutions and oversee effective execution of complete processes and frameworks aligned to plans and objectives set by the Health & Safety Team. Sharing knowledge and guidance with leaders through this process is also critical.
- One day you could be on-set at “The Block” advising and the next day considering the risks of production of News & Current Affairs._

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate, engage and inspire stakeholder groups to increase activity and connections to all aspects of WH&S
- Contribute to design and implementation of framework, tools, processes that ensure governance
- Be the influencer and advocate of Safety leadership and Mental health and wellbeing
- Mentor and guide others to help with day to day tasks and build the expertise of the overall team.
- Implement WH&S industry best practices cross Nine

**Qualifications**:

- Comprehensive understanding of WH&S legislation
Experience creating and rolling out WH&S change across a complex matrix organisation
- Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated success and skills in coaching, consulting, advising and influencing colleagues
- Project lead who delivers outcomes and facilitates training on broad elements of WH&S
- Self-motivated, adapts well to changing conditions and knows how to prioritise for business outcomes.
