**What you’ll experience

**What you’ll do
- Enter data and ensure accuracy in existing and new article set up
- Work closely with your Category Manager and Assistant Category Manager to deliver as a team
- Be proficient in administrative systems (such as SAP and Partner Hub) that manage data in addition to software suites such as Google and Microsoft
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive value and a great customer experience Manage customer and store enquiries, escalating any issues in a timely manner

**What you’ll bring
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with the wider team and adapt with changing conditions
- Previous administration experience and be highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen and proficient with excel and google environment
- Skilled professional with passion for customers
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment**Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group
