Home Care Support Workers required across various locations of Melbourne's suburbs, including Cheltenham, Oakleigh, Clayton, Noble Park, Glenroy and Packenham.
We also have shifts available for Greek and Italian speaking Support Workers across Melbourne.

**The role**
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide our clients the best possible care and support, including:
- Personal Care: Showering, dressing, grooming
- Domestic Assistance: meal preparation, light cleaning
- Social and Community access: shopping, appointments, gym program, social activities
**Essential Criteria**
For this role, you will need:
- Certificate in Aged Care and/or Disability / Individual support - completed / enrolled or equivalent
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- NDIS worker’s screen clearance or prepared to obtain
- Relevant industry experience / 120 hours of placement (palliative care/ dementia care/ help with transferring clients/ use of hoist) or equivalent and a genuine need to care and make a difference in people's lives.
