**Position Summary - **Allocator Apparel & Accessories**

Supporting the Planning team, the Allocator - Appeal & Accessories assists in reviewing product performance across the business to determine the most efficient allocation of inventory. This role will be responsible for managing store inventory allocations and replenishment, reviewing financial results regularly to action any key allocation changes or store transfers required to maximise stock availability, sales and profit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee, evaluate, and update model stock/min & max levels
- Coordinate seasonal inventory distribution at store level based on space and assortment needs
- Monitor stock levels to enhance sales and turnover efficiency
- Address store inquiries regarding stock
- Execute store-to-store transfers/consolidations of stock
- Conduct weekly product analysis and generate reports
- Develop allocation plans for new stores
- Formulate promotional pricing and product lists
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries promptly and efficiently

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience within the retail industry (apparel & footwear preferred but not essential) - either in-store or head office
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Highly developed communication and collaboration skills
