**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to coordinate end to end recruitment activities on behalf of hiring managers and assist the HR Business Partner with Recruitment and HR initiatives.

**About the Role**
- Open requests to hire on behalf of hiring managers.
- Write job specifications, job adverts.
- Develop and design assessment strategy including behavioural based interview questions and work assessment tasks.
- Assist Hiring Managers with shortlisting and completion of recruitment documentation.
- Work with Contingent Labour Central team and the recruitment team.
- Report weekly to Hiring Managers and AHO HR on the status of recruitment activities.
- Organise on boarding for new hires
- Assist with other HR programs and initiatives as required

**About You**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment with a demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end recruitment activities within the NSW Government.
- Ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS teams, MS Office, excel and TRIM/CM9
